Rates

1st Container: $11 per month
Each Additional Container: $3 per month

Postcard bills mailed on 15th of each month - due by the 10th of the next month (covers month in full)
If payments are not received by noon on the 11th, your account will be assessed a $4.00 late fee. (Late fees are automatically charged by our system.)
EFT customers, your monthly charges will be deducted from your specified account on the 6th, 7th, or 8th of each month.
If you pay online, your payment will be posted to your account that same day if it is before 2 pm EST, if it is after 2pm EST, it will be posted the next business day
IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS 2 MONTHS PAST DUE, YOUR SERVICES WILL BE SUSPENDED!! YOUR TRASH WILL BE LEFT AT THE CURB. WE SEND OUT POSTCARD BILLS STAMPED "PAST DUE" IN BOLD RED INK ONE WEEK BEFORE SERVICES ARE SUSPENDED. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY THIS BILL IN A TIMELY MANNER! WE WILL NOT PUT A NOTICE ON YOUR TRASH CONTAINER. WE WILL NOT RERUN PAST DUE ACCOUNTS!
There will be a $10.00 fee for any bad checks or electronic insufficient funds
If you repeatedly short pay your balance, your services will be suspended. We haul ALL of your garbage, not half. You are responsible for paying ALL of your bill.
IF YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED FOR PAST DUE PAYMENT... TO RESUME SERVICE, BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO YOUR DESIGNATED HAUL DAY. We are no longer able to credit your account for the time that you have been "cut off". You are still producing garbage during the cut off period and we still have to pay to haul and dispose of that garbage.

Yardwork & Extra Trash
No Extra Charge if...

limit 6 per occassion; please have it bagged or bundled; keep brush 2'x4'; keep each bag less than 35lbs; (trash inside container may be loose)
if you want more than 6 bags hauled off on your pickup day = .50 per bag over 6 bags
if you frequently have trash outside your container, please consider an additional container for $3.00 per month. This covers the cost of dumping. Thank you.

SEVERAL PAYMENT OPTIONS!!

1 - Pay online. Just go to www.trashbilling.com and enter your web account number (this is found on the bottom-left corner of your bill). Follow the prompts from there, it’s quick, easy, and free! Credit card or bank draft accepted.

2 - Set up automatic draft from your bank or credit card. You can sign-up for this when paying online or sign-up on the back of your postcard bill.

3 - Send in a check thru the mail. Our remittance address is:

4 - Pay by phone. Call us at 366-9413. You can pay with your credit card or checking/savings account in minutes.

Pay cash or check (no credit cards) at The UPS Store (located at 111th & Memorial, next to "Starbucks" and across from "Wal-mart") Simply go into The UPS Store and tell them you want to pay your trash bill with us, Kannady Industries, Inc. (receipts given with cash payments)
